Sean O’Brien is an English teacher (high school and college) from Southern California where he lives with his wife, Sue, and his two children, Katie and James. His love for books (especially science-fiction) was fostered by his parents in a vain attempt to cure his childhood insomnia. The result was not more sleep–it was a flashlight under the covers to deceive his parents as he finished his Asimov, Clarke, or Heinlein.
