I thoroughly enjoyed reading this. I like Jen St Clair's writing style and the way she pulls all of the elements of the story together smoothly.It is a very easy read but far from simplistic or formulaic. I am not that familiar with this genre but look forward to reading more of the series.

This is my first Jennifer St. Clair book, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. A fun, quick fantasy read. This story hits the sweet spot for novels. I'm looking forward to reading more about what happens next to Anna, Val and Vlad.
