He has lived in Australia since 1962, except for a seven-year stint in Canada. His professional life has been at three universities, managing electron microscope facilities. This included extensive use of CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0at the critical point. Knowing CO<sub>2<\/sub>&#8216;s properties well, Jim was incredulous about the claims made for carbon sequestration. He considers the large scale geosequestration of CO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0as the world&#8217;s most dangerous experiment.
